Hello Michigan Federationists,
As most of you know and first-timers will be interested in, our Michigan
affiliate will caucus on Sunday evening July 5 at 9:00 pm. This is an
important meeting for those of us who will be in Orlando. We will cover any
important scheduling, discuss the Michigan Exhibit table, banquet exchange
so we can sit together as an affiliate and generally share information with
each other about rooms, phones and other things which will make our
convention fun and informative. Of course, we will talk about the World
Record event.
So, review the information below. Keep it handy for when you get to
Orlando. We will have the best convention ever.
Sincerely,
Larry

Subject: your caucus at convention
Greetings, affiliate leaders! The following affiliates currently have
meeting space booked for caucuses at convention in Orlando this year. For
most of you, this will be the same day and timeslot as you had last year. If
this is for one reason or another unpalatable to you and your affiliate,
please let me know. I can't promise the perfect time in the perfect room,
but I'll do what I can to accommodate your request. If I don't hear from
you, I'm going to assume the date and time work for you.
Affiliate, Date, Time, Room
MICHIGAN CAUCUS , Sun 7/5, 9:00-10:00 PM , SALON 7
See you in Orlando!
Kind regards,
John

The National Federation of the Blind knows that blindness is not the
characteristic that defines you or your future. Every day we raise the
expectations of blind people, because low expectations create obstacles
between blind people and our dreams. You can have the life you want;
blindness is not what holds you back.
