Hello Terri,

Thank you for writing and sending out the minutes. I appreciate all the hard
work you put into producing and disseminating the minutes. However, I have a
question in regards to the motion Sarah Norwood made near the end of the
meeting.

The minutes state, "Sarah Norwood moved to have meetings where the Board
addresses the Agenda first and then the public is welcome to address the
Board." Does this motion apply to all meetings including the face to face
quarterly board meetings, or does this motion only apply to the phone
conference meetings?

Any clarification anyone could provide in regards to this matter would be
greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Elizabeth
