Job Description 
The student will assist Business Enterprise Program (BEP) staff with a
variety of regularly assigned and ad hoc projects related to the operation
of food facilities under the auspices of the Randolph-Sheppard Act and
Michigan Public Act 260.  This will include: 
 
Research and analysis; 
 
Scan current and historical documents; 
 
Maintain the equipment database; 
 
Log and track mandated documentation submitted by licensees; 
 
Assist in food service operational activities at various BSBP locations. 
In addition, the student assistant will assist with other tasks needed to
meet the goals of the BEP Program.
 
 Position Description 
Required Education and Experience: 
 
Education 
Current enrollment in a vocational or technical school, or post-secondary
educational institution. 
  
Experience 
No specific type or amount is required. 
 
 Additional Requirements and Information: 
Hours of work are limited to 30 hours per week.
 
The student must provide evidence of enrollment or acceptance to an
educational institution.
