Hello All,

According to the minutes of the May quarterly board meeting, the new state
affiliate constitution that will be voted on during state convention this
year was to be posted to the email list. However, I have not seen it posted
to the email list yet. For anyone who has a copy of the new state affiliate
constitution, can you post it on the email list for everyone to read? If you
do not feel comfortable posting this document publically, can you please
send me a copy of the new state affiliate constitution privately? I would
like to be able to read it before it is read aloud and voted on during state
convention.
