[nfbmi-talk] State Affiliate Constitution

Hello Dave,

Do you have a copy of the new state affiliate constitution, or is Mike
Powell the only person who has a copy of it? If you have a copy of it, can
you either post it to the email list or send it to me privately? I would
greatly appreciate receiving a copy of it so I can read through it before it
is read aloud and voted on during state convention.
