You'll note that one of these companies, Eli Lilly, is Indiana-based.

While I don't know to what degree any of these firms has hired or
accommodated blind persons, I am heartened to learn that a few of the
diversity-embracing firms cited in this article are in the financial
services industry.  You'll note that one of these companies, Eli
Lilly, is Indiana-based.  At least a couple of others are heavily
involved in the STEM disciplines.
