Hello. Our summer quarterly board meeting will be at the site of our 
2019 state convention. It will be held on Saturday, August 24 from 11 to 
4 PM at the Crowne Plaza Grand Rapids Airport, 5700 28th St Se. The 
meeting will be held in the Thornapple room and doors open at 10 AM.

Please Email vp at nfbmi.org if you plan on attending and your lunch choice 
from the listings below. Lunch costs the affiliate approximately $15 to 
provide. We ask that you pay at least $8 for lunch. Lunch will be served 
around 12:30. Please send lunch choices no later than August 20 so we 
can ensure your selection.


Lunch choices:

Crowne Club Wrap: Sliced Turkey, Ham, Bacon, Lettuce,
Tomato, and Swiss Cheese

Chicken Caesar Wrap: Grilled Chicken, Romaine Lettuce,
Tomato, Parmesan Cheese and Caesar Dressings

Vegetarian Wrap: Marinated Peppers, Zucchini,
Mushrooms, Swiss Cheese, and Crisp Field Greens

All lunches come with:
Mixed Green Salad with Ranch and Italian Dressings
Kettle Chips
Cheesecake with Raspberry Sauce
Served with Freshly Brewed Regular and Decaffeinated
Coffee, Specialty Teas, and Iced Tea

Please ask if you have any dietary restrictions.


If you would like overnight accommodations on Friday, please let me know 
and I can arrange the convention rate of $99. Shuttle service is 
available from the Grand Rapids Airport, which can be reached from the 
Rapid transit system.
