Hello!

 

My name is Maddie Schneider, and I am working on the public relations for Eastern Michigan University’s upcoming accessible production of “Much Ado About Nothing”. 

 

I wanted to reach out to extend our invitation to attend our upcoming accessible performances on April 6th and 14th of Shakespeare’s classic play that will be offering access services such as ASL, open captioning, assistive listening, tactile tours, audio description, large and braille prints and a sensory-friendly performance (please check specific dates and access services). 

 

I’m sharing with you the information about the show that you can send out to your community members to spread the word out. Please, let me know if you would like for me to share this information in a different format. In addition, if you are interested, I can send you more information about the play and the access services for newsletters and/or social media. 

 

·         Accessible performance April 6th at 7 p.m. (ASL, open captioning, assistive listening, tactile tours, audio description, large and braille prints)

·         Sensory/Relaxed performance April 14th at 2 p.m.
