[NFBMI-Talk] Michigan Student Scholarship Deadline is September 30

Hello.

The National Federation of the Blind of Michigan is pleased to announce 
its 2019 scholarship program benefiting blind college students. This 
year we will offer two scholarships, one for $1,000 and one for $500, to 
outstanding blind students who currently live in Michigan, or are 
attending college in the state of Michigan during the fall, 2019 term. 
The deadline to submit applications is September 30.
