What about things like the sign-in devices like the one at the Sparrow lab in the professional building, it is totally non-accessible?
Thanks

Medical Device Nonvisual Accessibility Act Introduced into House
The Medical Device Nonvisual Accessibility Act (H.R. 4853) was introduced in the United States House of Representatives on Thursday, July 29. The bill was introduced by Representative Jan Schakowsky (D-IL). This is important legislation that calls upon the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to promulgate nonvisual accessibility standards for Class II and Class III medical devices with digital displays. This standard would apply to devices such as glucometers, sleep apnea machines, blood pressure monitors, thermometers, and oximeters. Full access to all features of a device is critical and achievable.
The National Federation of the Blind supports this legislation. Read the full press release and quote from President Mark Riccobono <https://nfb.org/civicrm/mailing/url?u=22495&qid=5850724> .
