Greetings.

I am wearing my chapter president problem-solving hat this afternoon.

I received a call from one of my chapter members, an 81-year-old lady
who is still ambitious about learning tech and perhaps even getting
white-collar work.  She is understandably distraught over a tech
failure that has made e-mail inaccessible to her on two different
computers in her home.

The senior member I describe, who apparently has received support from
Indiana Vocational Rehabilitation in past years, is trying to get in
touch with a woman named Stacy, said to work for RGH Training
Solutions in Houston, TX.  I am guessing they did some type of remote
consulting/set-up when my member's desktop and laptop were first
deployed.  But a Web search I conducted on the fly turned up nothing.

Any breadcrumbs she could follow to receive the right help and to
restore her data and better understand those data would be vastly
appreciated.
