William,
Here are the steps and how it works.
1. Submit an application for an accessible electronic absent voter ballot that you can submit through Michigan.gov/Vote. 2. When your ballot is available, you will receive an email with a link to the accessible ballot.
3. Fill out your ballot on your personal computer using your own accessible software such as JAWS or zoomtext.4. Print your ballot from your printer.5. Follow the instructions on how to sign and seal your ballot properly,6. Hand deliver or mail to your local election's clerk. If Mailing make sure that it is received by election day.
If you have any further questions don't be afraid to contact the Michigan Bureau of Elections or your local election clerk for assistance.
Thanks,
Mark Eagle
