fundamentals of understanding and improving personal finances, and starting
a new business for low-income blind and visually impaired people.

.            It takes place Saturday April 15th from noon-5 PM at the
McNichols Office Center, 11000 W. McNichols Rd. at Meyers in Detroit.

.            This informative fare features live presentations on:
budgeting, independent banking, saving, building and repairing credit,
adding income to SSI and SSDI, planning to start a new business, life
insurance, and more.
