Happy New Year!  I would like to let you know about our next virtual verbal
description program for The Henry Ford, coming up on Monday, February 12,
from 2-3:30 pm EST.  

 

This program will be about Charley Harper and his Ford Motor Company

Charley Harper became known for whimsical, geometric illustrations of
wildlife that delighted popular audiences and scientists alike. He credited
early commercial work for Ford Motor Company with encouraging both his focus
on natural subjects and his signature style. Join us to discover how
Harper's Ford Motor Company commissions led to a remarkable career in
wildlife art.

 

This experience will be conducted remotely in verbal description and
conversation. The program will be held via Zoom and will be accessible by
web link and call-in phone number, depending on your preference. 

 

This program is free. Reservations are required and space is limited. Please
