The purpose of the Capital Region Chapter of the
National Federation of the Blind of Michigan shall be to
promote the general welfare of the blind in the Capital
Region area, the state of Michigan, and the nation; to
function as an integral part of the National Federation of
the Blind; and to promote collective action between the
blind and sighted public to collaboratively plan and carry
out programs to enhance the quality of life for the blind.
