Please join the at-large chapter in the Michigan Zoom room tomorrow, October
15th at 8pm for a discussion about what it means to be a leader within the
National Federation of the Blind. Some questions to ponder in the meantime
are what is the role of a leader in an organization such as ours? What do
our members look for in a leader, and how do we distinguish between style
and substance? What are our values? Are we leading in accordance with those
values or are there opportunities to grow? Only by asking and answering
these questions will we maximize our movement.
