Howdy Michigan Federationists,
I hope all is well. As we move closer to our 2025 Washington Seminar in
February, I would love for our members that are students in high school or
college to consider this wonderful opportunity. Members of the Michigan
Association of Blind Students (MIABS) are both members of our student
division and a chapter of NABS, making them eligible for this great program.
Many of our leaders today developed and enhanced their advocacy skills by
attending Washington Seminar through the NABS advocacy program, which is
packed with additional fun activities that allows for you to appreciate our
nation's capital. For more information about the student division, NABS or
how you can get involved in attending our 2025 Washington Seminar as a
student ambassador, please visit the MIABS annual meeting this Saturday,
November 2 at 1pm during state convention or connect with me via text/phone.
We look forward to your leadership in the Federation.
Blessings,
Robert
