Good morning Membership,

I want to share that I have officially stepped down from my position, and
this formal letter has been submitted to the Board.

It has been an honor to serve, and I am grateful for the opportunity to
contribute to the work and mission of the affiliate. I remain confident in
the organization’s future and its continued impact it can make.

I wish the affiliate great success as it moves forward, particularly in
growing its membership and advancing the immediate initiatives that are so
important at this time.

Thank you to everyone for your support and collaboration.

Dear 1st Vice President and 2nd Vice President,

Please accept this letter as formal notice of my resignation, effective
immediately.

This decision comes after careful consideration of ongoing challenges,
including a lack of board engagement, continued silos within leadership,
and insufficient support for affiliate initiatives aimed at growing the
organization and its membership. Despite prior efforts to address these
concerns, there has not been meaningful progress.

Given these circumstances, I believe it is in the best interest of both
myself and the affiliate to step down at this time.

To support continuity, I am willing to assist with transition efforts for a
period of up to two weeks, as needed.

I appreciate the opportunity to have served and wish the affiliate success
moving forward.
