The MI-ABS, the Michigan Association of Blind Students will be holding it’s annual business meeting on Saturday, November 11, 2023 from 1:30 to 2”30 PM located in the Greenfield Room at the DoubleTree by Hilton Detroit/Dearborn. We will have an engaging icebreaker session, guest speakers, as well as elections. Plus, you will be able to give voice on what you would like to see MI-ABS do in the future, such as fund Raiser events and other activities.</p><p class=MsoNormal>Now, let’s talk about Dues for a second. For those who want to actively participate in the MI-ABS division, you will have to pay a $5 Dues. You can do this in several ways. You can pay in person at the doors via physical cash, or if you want to think and sit on the idea, you can pay later by electronically, including Venmo and Cash App. Oh, and by the way, all MI-ABS meetings going forward, is open to all. But to vote or if you wanted to serve on the student board, you will have to pay $5 Dues.
