Many wildflowers are already appearing and some new birds are filling the woods with song. Migration is not in full swing yet so it is a good time to engage our senses in learning to identify Michigan birds. Please join me this Saturday at the Environmental Interpretive Center at the University of Michigan-Dearborn, 4901 Evergreen Road. Weather permitting we will be outside from nine to noon and searching for signs of spring.
