hi,
yes, i heard about this last week and then on the paul harvey report.
It is neat news but in what way do you view it as connected with the nfb?
who knows which way their viewpoint lies.

I am attaching the story which aired on the CBS evening news Friday evening
concerning the marching band from Ohio who is scheduled to march in the Rose
Bowl parade little more than a year from now. One of the students states
that this is the first marching band in the land from a school for the blind
which many of us knows not to be true. I sent an email to Steve Hartman at
CBS news to correct this. My guess is that no one really knew about any
other. I missed the marching band by one year but perhaps there is someone
on this list with more knowledge about our band so I will provide the email
address you can use should you like to add anything to what I have already
sent.
