[Nfbmo] Fw: State Rehabilitation Council for the Blind

There is a mistake in this announcement which I have brought to RSB's 
attention so hopefully it will be corrected.  Rural Advocates For 
Independent Living is on Jamison Street not Jackson Street.  There is no 
Jackson Street in Kirksville.  the address should be: 1100 Jamison Street.
