Subject: Info About Upcoming NFBMO State Board Meeting

The NFB of Missouri State Board Meeting is scheduled for Saturday, September 12th in Kansas City. The meeting will be held at KCPT, 125 East 31st Street, Kansas City, MO 64108 which is just east of Main Street. The times of the meeting will be altered a bit to accommodate transportation needs as the east bound train departs Kansas City at 4:00 pm on Saturday. The meeting will start at 9:30 am and go until 3:15 pm with a thirty minute lunch break.

We have made arrangements with The Q Hotel for a few rooms to accommodate those that need to come on Friday.

The Kansas City Chapter is looking forward to hosting the board meeting. September 12th is just over two weeks away. We need to get a count of those planning to attend and each person's lunch order. While a number may seem sufficient, please send names with lunch choice to avoid duplication and omissions. Lunch will be $7.00 per person. Board members, drivers, and one representative from each chapter not represented on the board are covered by the affiliate. All other individuals are asked to cover the cost of their lunch. Below are the lunch choices. Please reply to Shelia at sbwright95 at att.net or call 816-741-6402 with your preference for lunch. Jim Moynihan highly endorses the caterer and he knows his food. Please reply by September 8th.

Hope to see you soon!
