[Nfbmo] Best email system for screen readers

I think that Outlook 2007 may be very satisfactory for most of its users,
but from what I read it is still quite problematic with most screen readers.
I continually hear about long delays when reading messages, composing them,
and even while moving through a folder from message to message.
