[Nfbmo] Accessible cell phones

I have an Apple I Phone 3G it is accessible if you have some vision at this
time there is no screen reader support.

I use a Motorola Q9 as does Dacia Luck. We like them. If you want the AT&T 
discount on screen reading software, be certain to see what phones they 
support by calling their Customer Center for Persons with Disabilities at 
866 241 6568.
