[Nfbmo] Estate Recovery -The Law

Sorry for the previous email being cut off so abruptly- typing during  
a bumpy Share-A-Fare Bus.

I'd love to hear what you find.  If the Raxpayers pay the State in the  
first place, why should they collect from us, a second time.  Not to  
mention, that if a Voc Rehab, or RSB case is sucessfuly closed, they  
are reimbursed for their services by the Federal Govt (and that is  
also from Taxpayer dollars). Sounds to me like the State is collecting  
from several sources before they devour our Estates Am I making sense?
