It appears a limited number of BP/SAB cases are effected by the lack of a raise.
If you only had  $651.00 loaded into your account or only received  a check for $651.00 you should call your caseworker right away and tell them that the raise  was not included and ask them to take steps to fix it.
If the worker seems not to understand or is  one who is  not giving the kind of answer youshould rightfully expect politely go over their head to their supervisor.
There are, of course, additional things you can do if needed.
