Subject: [leadership] ACB's Access Board Comments

Colleagues:

The American Council of the Blind has drafted comments in response to the Federal Access Board's Advanced Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (ANPRM) relative to Section 255, 508 and the ADA Accessibility Guidelines. I want to publicly thank Lainey Feingold and Pratik Patel for their outstanding analysis and contribution to these comments.

Below you will find a link to our comments (available through acb.org on the Washington Connection Page) and a second link to where you should submit your own comments on this critical subject. Individuals with interest and/or expertise in these subjects are strongly encouraged to respond to the Board's ANPRM. Please keep in mind, however, that the deadline is this Monday. I, along with Eric Bridges, ACB's Director of Advocacy and Governmental Affairs, urge as many of you as possible to submit comments.
