[Nfbmo] Braille teachers in OK?

Do any of my Missouri friends know of any Braille teachers here in Oklahoma? 
We've had a family visit our chapter whose seven-year-old daughter is 
legally blind and needs Braille. The problem is, she attends a private 
school, and the parents say the school "can make no provision to cover 
Braille lessons...and because we are outside of the public school system, we 
get no DoE support."

I *think* that means they're outside of the Tulsa school system.

Any help would be appreciated.
