There is a kindle for pc accessability app out there.  It enables text to
speech for all books.  Also the menues are accessable with jaws

hi,

a tip about kindle books from amazon:
you cannot read kindle books on your computer with the kindle on pc program.
i was able to get a refund and obtained the same book from audible.com and 
was able to access it with a victor reader stream.
