With the weather what it is  it may be hard to realize that state convention 
is less than two months away.
Please get your hotel reservations made as that deadline  is less than a 
month away and the sooner you get them the better for everyone. Call

Also, less than ten folks have sent their pre-registration forms in as of 
today please do that as well. It is a good time as  it is the beginning of 
the month.
