I deleted Viviana's original message.  Sorry, Viviana.  Which chapter you 
join may depend on where you plan to live.  The St. Louis Chapter draws 
mostly from the south and meets at the St. Louis Society for the Blind.  The 
Lewis and Clark Chapter meets at St. James Lutheran Church in U. City.  I'm 
sure you are welcome at either chapter.
