I am happy to report that HB 604 regarding parental rights has passed the Senat by a unanimous vote. The bill went back to the House for final approval as there were several unrelated amendments attached to the bill. The House did indeed give final approval, so the bill is now ready to go to the Governor. Shelia Wright
