Subject: [Nfbmo] Absent for a time

I will be absent for a few days as a result of what is advertised as minor
surgery. Please rely on Shelia and our other fine and capable officers while
I use this excuse to read good books, fall asleep whenever I want, wake just
long enough to have a bite to eat, and then decide whether to continue
reading, sleeping, or listening to fine music. I hope to be back with vigor
and strength next week, but chances are I'll still be me.
