On her way to work last thursday morning, Penny Perr was approximately halfway across grand when a car whipped around a corner and struck her and guide dog bear.
luckily, she only received a broken left shin bone and has a soft velcro brace with the aluminum bars on the outside and bear was not injured.
she will be moved to a rehab facility tomorrow so you can call mark at 314-352-7224 if you would like to talk with her.
