Rosina, I just made my reservations also. You need to tell them our contract 
specifies "run of the house." They told me they had plenty of rooms, just 
not in our block. Make your reservation, then let Gene deal with the hotel 
to get you the rate--it's why they pay Gene the big bucks...

I just made my reservations and just an update, they are already full on 
rooms at the group rate for Thursday night, but not the other nights.  How 
weird.
