HI everyone - this is the 2nd notice to apply for a Rittgers Award to  
attend State Convention.  So far no one has applied yet so get the  word out and 
get those applications in ASAP!!! The deadline is 2/10/12  and absolutely  
NO applications can be accepted after midnight of that  date.  Below is a 
copy of the original notification.    (Several people noted that they knew of 
several people who would be interested  and eligible - so have them contact 
me as below ASAP! )  

Hello everyone,
Please forward this email to anyone you may think would be  interested.

Applications are now being accepted for the 2012 Rittgers Award. This award 
 provides financial assistance to attend the 2012 NFB of Missouri 
Convention, to  be held this year in Kansas City at the Holiday Inn Coco Key Resort 
from Friday,  March 30th through Sunday, April 1st, 2012. Further information 
can be obtained  from the NFBMO website _http://nfbmo.org/conventions/_

The deadline to receive all applications is midnight Friday, February 10th, 
 2012.

The Rittgers Award provides financial assistance for those Missouri  
residents who either are members of the NFB of Missouri or who are interested in  
joining. Priority is given to those who have never attended an NFB of 
Missouri  State Convention. Priority is also given to those who could not attend 
without  assistance but all who meet the eligibility requirements are 
encouraged to  apply. Please note that the award does not provide 100% of the costs 
of  convention attendance. Note also that you are still eligible to apply 
regardless  of whether you have attended state conventions in other states or 
have attended  a national NFB convention.
