[Nfbmo] FW: The Petition

This did not happen to me.  I was not asked to sign up.  I simply went to a
field where it asked for my first and last name, my e-mail address, and a
button where I could sign the petition.  Please look for an edit box with
your screen reader and see if you don't have the same experience.  Obviously
I was able to get my vote cast without a captcha.  Will someone else give
this a try and see if they have my experience or the experience Gail has
had.
