Whether or not he uses Braille, it is sad whenever someone who wants to vote
can't. Blindness is not the issue here from what I read--it is that he
hasn't gotten a ballot--probably the weather--and the law makes no provision
for him to vote. We will see more of this today as people find their own
polling places out of operation and then have to deal with finding out where
and getting to their new polling place. Voting is so important that we
should bend over backwards to see folks can do it. I'm soon off to vote
myself--thank God I can. I hope all of you can as well, and after we've all
voted, let's get behind the winners so we can all be winners.
