[Nfbmo] cell phones

Hi all.  I hope everyone is able to stay out of the rain tonight.

I am due for a cell phone upgrade, and I am considering my options.
My plan is currently with Verizon, and I would like to stay with them.
 I know I could get an iPhone, but there is a learning curve , and I
want to find out if that is my only option.  Are there any other
phones I should look at?  I want a fully accessible phone for calling,
keeping contacts, and texting.  Right now I have the Samsung Haven,
but I don't know how much longer it will last.  Thanks.
