Brian, you have to be more explanatory when you talk about speech being 
built-in. Siri is an assistant which is part of the software for the I-phone 
4S and 5. Programs like Vlingo etc would be more of use for the I-phone 4 or 
3GS. Although Vlingo might offer some capability beyond Vlingo, or perhapse 
Dragon dictate, if you are concerned about typing on a 4S or 5 then I would 
consider getting a keyboard, instead.
