Reliable transportation
1. on-time
2. everyday (no matter what)
3. affordable

Location of employer
Suburbs is not optimum

vicinity of housing near employer
1. ease of commute if near by
2. cost of housing near by
3. essential facilities near by
    A. groceries
    B. bus stop
    C. pharmacy
    D. social activity areas

As far as the actual workplace.
I have been fortunate to find ZERO barriers at any employer I have worked
at.
Even in a professional kitchen. Any accomodations I requested were taken
care of, most of the time before I even asked or entered the facility.
