hi,

the day/time would be the easy part.
a topic like this can't be done 1 on 50 without people of various levels of 
understanding interupting with questions or 'what do i do...' or walking 
out.
stations of 1 on 5 would work if the participants allow the presenter to 
lead without interupting when they know how to perform the task.
