[Nfbmo] Co state convention

Hello Dave and everyone,

I have Windows Media Services on my virtual private server and can offer 
stream hosting for affiliates wishing to broadcast their events. You can bet 
someone will be monitoring the stream and stand ready to troubleshoot 
situations like those we've been discussing should they arise. When the 
Colorado folks streamed their state conventions themselves these problems 
didn't occur. I recall experiencing the same behavior of their stream when 
we tried to listen two years ago.

It is easy being critical when you have little or no idea what is
going on, what extenuating circumstances might exist, etc.
