[Nfbmo] JAWS and Windows 7

Hi all,
    I installed Jaws 13 several months ago and have been  noticing that my 
system hangs occasionally when I'm opening up a folder on my  desktop.   
Everything just seems to freeze for awhile.   I  usually invoke the task 
manager (ctrl-alt-delete) and shut down JAWS - which can  take awhile).  
Everything seems to work after that until it happens again  several hours later.
   Anybody have this problem?
