Access Express is wrong.  Dead wrong.  You may make trips *up *to a week in
advance.  They may not deny you a trip *less *than 7 days, (a week,) in
advance.  Here in California, we have services dealing with this issue.  I,
myself, called to complain; no one is picking up the phone.  You two must
continually stand up for your rights.  You have no right to think no one
cares!
