Hi Erin, might I suggest actively going to city council meetings until you
get a resolution.  Also get more disabled people on your side.  Petition,
patition, petition.  Take your suggestions to Jefferson City and call your
State Senator; call the Capitol Switchboard and find your Congressperson
serving Springfield.  Write the News Leader Editorial Board in a Letter to
the Editor.  Erin, let your voice be loud and clear.  Do not shut up. 
Hopefully, people will hear your voice and Access Express will change their
policy.
