 the 2013 NFB of Missouri State convention.
 
Hello all,
     It's that time of year again - the weather has  grown chilly, the 
sweaters are out of the closet and on your back, the furnace  has kicked in - 
and Gene Coulter is rounding us up to think about our State  Convention, to be 
held the weekend of April 12th through the 14th at the Capital  Plaza in 
Jefferson City!  
 
     And while you make your reservation and plans for  the convention, 
spread the word that the NFB of Missouri offers stipends to help  defray the  
costs of convention.  More details will be forthcoming  next week, but in 
general, first-time convention goers have priority to receive  convention
