[Nfbmo] Mail In Word and PDF State Convention Registration Forms

When I originally downloaded the file, I couldn't type on them even when I
enabled the edit feature.  Not to criticize, but maybe we need to make sure
you can utilize these on a computer other than the one that created it.

The state convention mail in Word/PDF registration forms are to be
downloaded printed and filled out with a blue or black ink pen and mailed
in. Theses forms are write protected and are not designed to be filled using
a computer. This was done so mail in registration forms are kept shorts and
clean so Carol can process them quickly. The online registration site is
still under construction and will be up soon.
