[Nfbmo] Member at large chapter, save the date

It is still early days, but they have chapter officers and a constitution. 
They expect to be chartered at the state convention in April.

I only kno that she used to live in East Prairie.  I think she used to live 
with her parents, but I believe they both passed away.  It might be as easy 
as a call to information.  Somebody else I thought of is Christie Ryan.  I 
think she lives in Sikeston, possibly Cape Girardeau.  I think she is in 
touch with Tanya and Jason Walters or Tammy Ridge.  They all work at the 
Lighthouse.  I know Tanya is Mike Edwards supervisor,so she is reachable 
through the phone directory there.
